There was once a man named Hootie. He said "my favorite band is Hootie and the blowfish". Smugoasisfan appeared from the background and started shouting "no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no no". Chuk came into the middle of all this and starting saying "nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah nah" in a sing-song voice. The whole incident was noteworthy.

It was a dark and creepy night. There was a black and white figure in the forest. It was a cow.

A man with rickets walks into the lobby of an office in a building. He points his finger ferociously at a guy and says "Give me some vitamin D, yo". He has a menacing look on his face as his voice gets louder and louder "give me some vitamin D, yo.....give me some vitamin D".

I have one though: Siddharta by Herman Hesse read out loud by an actor. It's really amazing, but I've never finished it. Maybe I should!

It's cool you broguht that up.

I figure they are good for long travel (in the car or whatever means you're traveling by). Or, sometimes it's nice laying outside in the sun with your eyes closed listening to a story! I like a little audiobook from time to time.

How very philosophical of you, listening to that  what was the actor's voice like? See, the voice needs to fit the tone and overall feeling of the writing. Tis essential!

The actor's voice is really deep and relaxing. Sounds like a really wise man (he's the director of my favourite theater here actually).
Here's a link, I'm not sure if it works, but you might listen to it...if it does.

I like listening to audiobooks in bed, in the dark when all is silent.
It pretty much reminds me of my childhood.
