Hola, qué tal? Bien? Good.
I'm not too keen on Fleet foxes, don't know why, they do nothing for me.
But I did like the other two, fankyuverymuch. I love coming to this section and finding some nice tunes or book recommendations:d

As for the book, I haven't read that, I didn't even know the author.
But I did some test reading on Amazon and liked the first few pages, it seems really interesing.

I've just finished The Coma by Alex Garland. I love his style, it's totally "for me". He's author of the Beach (yeah, the one from which the dicaprio movie was made) and Tessaract. I think both of these books are amazing, The Beach is a masterpiece, better than the movie.

Of course. Maybe there's only one example I can think of when the film is better than the book. Shawshank redemption. While it's a great book and I love SK, I think the film is slightly better.

As for The Coma, I liked it a lot, even though it left no trace in my mind, it didn't change my life radically.
The drawings (made by the author's father) serve building up the mood greatly in this story. As someone put it, it's rather a novella than a novel. For me - who tends to be a slow reader - it took like 2-3 days to finish it.

Because of my lack of contribution for the last couple of days here are not one, or two, but three (!) songs in one post.
Enjoy them. And enjoy every bit of life :D
