DM Disc 2 - B-sides & Extra Tracks has a missing track (?)

Obviously size restrictions on a CD are the reason why Shakermakers B-side of 'Bring It On Down (Live)' isn't included in the DM remastered set but wonder why they didn't just stick Sad Song on Disc 1 so BIOD(L) would fit on Disc 2, weird..
