TCT Noel on Thursday 25th Review

Hewas brilliant. Gem was there, Terry kirkbridge (drummer) and Jay Darlington keyboard, so only Liam and Andy missing. No Mani but who cared he wasnt needed. Neither were the Crouch End choir and we drowned them out!! String sections were great in Whatever etc and wonderwall.
We were in a box of 4 and decided to drink champagne. I have some video bits but not good enough for here. Noel did all my favourites
• It's Good To Be Free
• Talk Tonight
• Fade Away
• Cast No Shadow
• Half The World Away
• Don't Go Away
• The Importance of Being Idle
• Listen Up
• Sad Song
• Wonderwall
• Rockin' Chair
• Slide Away
• Digsy's Dinner
• Whatever
• The Masterplan
• Married With Children
• Don't Look Back In Anger
The crowd loved him as usual we all sang the words to every song even though some are over 15 years old and b sides!! No new material. And its just been announced Sara is pregnant again. Bless

It appears Noel has forgotten he's written a lot of songs since 1997.

Although Rocking Chair must have been nice to see.

So GOOD to have the Chief out and about! AND a plus to hear that Gem and the Shroud were there, too. All we need now is Liam and Andy. We're getting there!

Amazing as usual. As I went in 2007, was a bit disappointed he didn't change the set list a bit more. Though Rockin' Chair and whatever were the highlights for me.

Noel is just a f**king legend, fact!!!
